A well respected Electrical Contractor , that doesn't just make it work , but cares enough to make it work right..big difference . Separates them from most electrical contractors that just make it work for the customers will never know the difference from making it work to making it work right.

I had my offices remodeled back in March and needed a lot of electrical work done so I contacted Commercial Electric & Maintenance for my projects. The office staff was professional and ready to serve my electrical needs and before I was off the phone was scheduled. Due to the heavy work load I was provided with several different appointments per my request to accommodate my other licensed contractors so everything went smoothly and kept my projects on schedule. Fortunately, I was sent the same professional crew Lead- Darren and Tech- John both were extremely knowledgable and went beyond to make sure everything on my list was completed. Commerical's residential division has done work for us for 5 years. Kevin will assess what all needs doing. Randy has come to do the work twice this year. He's outstanding because he will fix, advise and suggest. Ask for Randy. This is such a great company.

Commercial Electric replaced an obsolete Federal circuit breaker panel with a new Square D panel. They also installed conduit and wired up a new Septic System Pump and Alarm. They were on time, had all the parts needed and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Excellent work.

Commercial Electric recently installed an exhaust fan in our master bathroom as part of a contract we have with Tropical Dream Renovations company. They were punctual and very quick and clean. One of the two men had a bit of an attitude but the review is reflected not on him directly. Company is good so far as I can see! Thanks guys!

I'm a little old lady that needed an outlet changed because it sparked and blew the breaker.. I called and they sent Briar and Zack within 2 hours of my request. Briar and Zack were both very polite and answered all my questions and did an excellent job.

Commercial Electric & Maintenance came through again. I have used Commercial Electric & Maintenance several times since 2007. They change electrical box, rewired our family room, repaired squirrel damage and just this week they upgraded our service to 200 AMP with new Main Electrical box riser moved 3 circuits & added a Tesla Charger. They were quick with the estimate completed the work as scheduled for the price agreed to in the estimate. I had called the local Tesla electrical installers and could not even get an estimate after 2 trips to our home. Thank You Commercial Electric & Maintenance!

After our facility was struck by lightning on a Sunday, we contacted CEM for emergency electrical repairs. The owner arrived on-site by 7:00 AM Monday morning and immediately took action. He mobilized his crew, secured materials, and executed a major repair involving the removal of 2,640 feet of damaged 600MCM building wire, installation of new wire, and completion of all necessary hookups. Once FPL completed their portion of the restoration, the owner returned to support our team in bringing the facility back online. He personally walked through the site to ensure all equipment was fully operational. His dedication, speed, and professionalism were instrumental in minimizing our downtime and getting us back in business.
